We made sure to use Maggie, as she originally saved us a ton of money on a vacant piece of land, by suggesting we have bore samples done on it. The samples revealed the property would need to be de-mucked. She got us out of the contract and also was able to get our deposit back :) About 6 months later, we found a home we really liked and felt there would be no way to secure it in time as we hadn't even listed the home we were in. Maggie swooped in and just handled everything, it was like a whirlwind how fast it all happened. She went above and beyond making extra calls and being available when needed. We went to Florida for five days to find property in Palm Coast.
Maggie listened carefully to our needs and patiently showed us a lot of properties. She spent the entire 5 days with us, and we did, indeed, find our dream property. I can’t say enough about Maggie. She explained everything to us carefully and gave us her undivided attention. I can say that after those few days my husband and I consider Maggie a friend. We are moving down to Palm Coast I’m two weeks and Maggie is going to assist with out builder. She is the best!
